MotoSenso Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of MotoSenso, a motorcycle diagnostics app for supported OBD adapters, diagnostic workflows, logbook records, reports, and optional cloud AI analysis.

By using MotoSenso, you agree to these Terms and the MotoSenso Privacy Policy:

Diagnostic Support Tool
MotoSenso is a diagnostic support tool. It is not a substitute for professional mechanical judgment, official service manuals, factory diagnostic tools, recalls, safety campaigns, or qualified repair work.
Diagnostic results, fault descriptions, suggested causes, AI analysis, reports, and live data may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, misinterpreted, or unsupported for a specific motorcycle, adapter, ECU, model year, region, or firmware version.
You are responsible for confirming all results before taking action.
Safety
Motorcycle diagnostics can involve brakes, moving parts, heat, fuel, electrical systems, high current circuits, road testing, and vehicle actuation. Use MotoSenso only in safe conditions.
You agree to:
- Keep the motorcycle secure and stable before running tests
- Keep hands, tools, clothing, and body parts away from moving or hot components
- Use appropriate stands, ventilation, protective equipment, and service procedures
- Avoid road testing while interacting with the app
- Follow the motorcycle manufacturer's service manual and safety instructions
- Stop immediately if a test behaves unexpectedly
Actuation and service tests should only be performed by qualified users in controlled conditions.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping your sign-in credentials secure
- Maintaining control of the email account used for MotoSenso
- Not sharing your account in a way that creates safety, fraud, or abuse risk
MotoSenso may restrict or disable accounts that appear abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms.
User Data And Reports
You are responsible for the data you enter or generate in MotoSenso, including vehicle details, client/owner details, VIN, mileage, notes, diagnostic records, reports, and exported files.
If you enter client or customer information, you are responsible for having the right to store and use that information.
Reports generated by MotoSenso are informational and should be reviewed before being shared with customers, buyers, technicians, insurers, or any other party.
Moto AI
Moto AI may analyze diagnostic context using MotoSenso Cloud. AI analysis is informational only and may be incorrect or incomplete. Do not rely on AI output as the only basis for repair, safety, warranty, legal, resale, or roadworthiness decisions.
You remain responsible for final diagnosis and repair decisions.
Supported Hardware And Vehicles
MotoSenso depends on adapter behavior, motorcycle communication protocols, ECU responses, operating system permissions, and supported brand data. Compatibility is not guaranteed for every motorcycle, ECU, adapter, phone, operating system version, or region.
MotoSenso is being prepared for public support across motorcycle brands and types rather than a single-brand release. Exact compatibility may still vary by brand, model, ECU, adapter, operating system, region, and feature, and will be stated only after the applicable validation is complete.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use MotoSenso in unsafe conditions
- Use the app to bypass laws, emissions rules, theft protections, odometer rules, or safety systems
- Attempt unauthorized access to MotoSenso systems, Firebase, cloud services, APIs, or other users' data
- Reverse engineer, scrape, abuse, overload, or interfere with MotoSenso services
- Upload or save unlawful, misleading, harmful, or unauthorized customer data
- Use the app in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
Subscriptions And Paid Features
MotoSenso installs without an upfront app-store charge. Production account features may require a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple or Google Play. The available plan, localized price, billing period, included access, and any introductory or promotional offer are shown by the applicable store before you confirm a purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel them through the store account used for the purchase. You can manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings and a Google Play subscription in the Google Play subscription center. Uninstalling MotoSenso or deleting your MotoSenso account does not cancel a store subscription.
Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period, subject to the store's rules and applicable law. Refunds, billing disputes, price-change notices, and payment processing are handled by Apple or Google Play under their applicable terms and local law. MotoSenso supports purchase restoration for an eligible subscription associated with your store account, but restoration also requires the purchase to pass MotoSenso's server-side account and entitlement verification.
Guest/demo access, subscription availability, and paid feature availability may vary by build, platform, region, account state, and store configuration.
Availability And Changes
MotoSenso may change, pause, remove, or update features at any time. Cloud features may be unavailable due to maintenance, service provider issues, network problems, account state, App Check, rate limits, or security controls.
No Warranty
MotoSenso is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent allowed by law. MotoSenso does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with all vehicles or adapters, or that diagnostic results will be accurate.
Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MotoSenso is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, vehicle damage, repair costs, downtime, personal injury, or third-party claims arising from use of the app.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow such limitation.
Termination
You may stop using MotoSenso at any time. MotoSenso may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, abuse the service, or if required for security, legal, or platform reasons.
