What To Include

To help us investigate quickly, include:

• MotoSenso app version and build number
• Android or iOS version
• Phone model
• Motorcycle brand, model, and year
• OBD adapter brand/model
• The screen or action where the issue occurred
• The exact error message
• Whether the issue happens every time

Do not send your password, Firebase token, API key, upload key, signing file, full VIN, or unnecessary personal/customer information.

Accessibility Support

If any part of the MotoSenso website is difficult to access, or you need the same information in another accessible format, email support@motosenso.com. Include the page address, the barrier you encountered, and your browser or device. You may also name the assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable doing so. Do not send passwords, account tokens, full VINs, or other unnecessary personal information.

MotoSenso will use the report to help provide equivalent access and address the website barrier.

Diagnostic And Connection Help

For connection or diagnostic issues, tell us:

• Whether Bluetooth and Nearby Devices permissions are enabled
• Whether the adapter appears in MotoSenso
• Whether connection succeeds before the error
• The fault code or module name shown, if relevant

Do not perform actuation, ABS, brake, throttle, fuel, fan, relay, or moving-part tests solely because support asks for a screenshot or log. Follow the in-app safety instructions and use qualified service help when required.

Subscription Help

For subscription or purchase-restoration help, include:

• Whether the purchase was made through Apple or Google Play
• The monthly or yearly plan shown in the app
• The approximate purchase or renewal time
• The exact status or error shown by the store or MotoSenso

Do not send payment-card details, passwords, raw purchase tokens, signed transactions, full receipts, authentication tokens, or App Check tokens. Subscriptions must be managed or canceled through the store account used for the purchase. Deleting the MotoSenso account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a store subscription.

Safety

MotoSenso is a diagnostic support tool, not emergency assistance. Do not ride or operate a motorcycle that may be unsafe. For immediate danger, injury, fire, fuel leakage, brake failure, or uncontrolled movement, stop using the app and contact the appropriate emergency or qualified repair service.
